1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer standard shipping for all US Domestic orders through USPS Ground Advantage , with delivery typically within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free School Campus Drop Off is available for schools within Alief ISD, Katy ISD and Lamar CISD. In order to receive this offer, the address in the checkout must be the address of the school campus. Not the customers personal address.

Customers can view shipping rates during the checkout process before completing their purchase.
3. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment verification.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Free School Campus Drop Off is available for schools within Alief ISD, Katy ISD and Lamar CISD. In order to receive this offer, the address in the checkout must be the address of the school campus. Not the customers personal address.

If Free School Campus Drop off is selected but the address put in the delivery options is a personal address, the customer will be contacted and the order may result in a shipping charge added if the customer is wanting delivery to their home.

7. Shipping Restrictions:​

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations or P.O. boxes.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order is damaged during shipping or if you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.

To be eligible for return, all items must be unused, and in the same condition they were received in. They must also be in the original packaging.

To start the process, please contact us via email at poteetpercussion@gmail.com with "Returns" and your order number in the subject line. Upon acknowledgement of a needed return, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. After the product is received, we will process the return for 1-2 business days and then move forward with shipping the replacement product. ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Depending on your financial institution, the refund can take up to 5-10 business days to post to your original payment method.
